Position Description:
This position will lead the overall corporate planning and consolidation team and report into the Director, Corporate Planning. This position will have day to day responsibility for all aspects of corporate level consolidation, analytics and reporting and be focused on the streamlining forecasting process and integrating it with our external and regulatory requirements.
* Directing corporate financial forecasting, reporting and analysis impacting internal, external and board of director communications.
* Building / leading team of high caliber financial analysts; significant interaction with key leaders of the organization - VP / EVP.
* Implementation of best practices in forecasting, consolidation, and analysis within the team and across the financial planning community.
* Long term strategic / capital modeling processes and primary lead on ad hoc projects in support of the CFO and other senior management requests.
Skills Required:
* Masters Degree.
* 8-10 years, minimum, experience in corporate consolidations and planning from Fortune 500 corporation.
* Staff Management (ie hire-fire, etc.) experience.
* Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
* MS Office experience.
Skills Desired:
Cognos experience a plus.
