An industry leader, located in Chicago for over 80 years, in domestic and international business-to-business distribution of industrial supplies is in search of a Financial Analyst - Sales to join their dynamic team! They are located just north of Chicago and easily accessed via expressway or public transportation. The ideal candidate has the ability to operate independently, solve problems, and achieve results while prioritizing work on multiple projects. Our client offers a dynamic environment and requires the candidate to be able to communicate and interact effectively with business partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide financial and decision-making support for the Sales function
- Work directly with members of Sales team to understand overall sales, regional, territory and seller results
- Provides month-end analysis
- Support information requests from field personnel and provide general financial analyses of sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-3 Years Finance Experience
- Strong Excel and Access Skills
- Experience with Data Warehouse Environments
- Experience with SAP a Plus
