Description:
A global giant located in Illinos is in search of a Manager, Strategic Investments to lead, coordinate and guide all activities related to Merger & Acquisition (M&A) projects such as private or public acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate alliances and divestitures of existing business units. The Manager, Strategic Investments will provide leadership, oversight, counsel and other services to Group Presidents, Business Unit Vice Presidents and Senior Managers throughout the M&A process and will manage most aspects of the project including: Legal entity and deal structuring, negotiations, financial analysis, due diligence, communication with terget companies, external advisors, Public Affairs, and the Executive Office.
Our client is in search of and individual with strong analytical, technical and project management skills for the coordination of large M&A projects. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues and to communicate with internal and external senior management. The Manager, Strategic Investments role requires global travel.
Requirements:
- MBA and CPA or CMA (skilled in cash flow and valuation work)
- 7-10 years in M&A
- Worked on 30+ Deals
- Globally Mobile
