Description:
A multi-billion dollar prosthetics company in Indiana is in search of a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the commercial business partners of the Americas Business Segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, oral and written communication, teamwork and organizational skills. The Senior Financial Analyst understands the broad business perspective and the financial processes that support it. Specific duties include:
- Participates in the development of the Sales Budgets and Projections
- Analyzes actual sales performance against projection, budget, and prior year
- Identify key drivers of variances to budget and projections and provide explanations for Month-end close meetings
- Analyze distributor and customer account performance to identify sales trends and quantify risks and opportunities
- Provide financial support to marketing teams for new product rollouts
- Drive process improvements
Requirements:
- BS in Accounting (finance or Accounting)
- MBA Preferred
- CPA Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience required in Accounting and/or Finance
- MS Office Suite, including database and some financial software
- Some travel required - Less than 10%
